Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2:30 p.m. PST will ship the same day. We do not ship on Fridays or on weekend days. Orders received after 2:30 PST on Thursdays will not ship until the following Monday. Should you wish to expedite your order or have any special requests, please call us toll free at 1-800-676-1550. We shall strive to accommodate you in any way possible.
Orders placed on Federal Holidays will not be processed until the following working day.
Each of our devices is guaranteed to provide satisfaction and may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less processing and shipping. They may be returned for replacement within 90 days of purchase if they become unserviceable from suggested wear. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
Each of our devices is sold with the express condition that we cannot and do not guarantee the consumer/user freedom from injury. ProBand® Sports Industries, Inc., assumes no responsibility for any injury that might occur when wearing our devices. Please follow the Instructions for Use carefully. The Instructions are included with every purchase of our products.
